  • Are there any restrictions on the types of projects allowed?
    We aim to accommodate a wide range of projects, but please discuss any unusual or large-scale setups with us in advance to ensure we can meet your needs. Unpermitted projects are listed in our terms and conditions.
  • How do I book the studio?
    You can book the studio by contacting us via email, phone, or through our website's booking form. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date and time. This information can be found at the bottom of this form.
  • Is technical support available during my session?
    Yes, technical support is available on-site within 20 minutes, if required.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations made 48 hours before the booking will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48-24 hours of the booking will incur a 50% fee. Cancellations 24 hours before booking, no-shows, or same-day cancellations will be charged the full booking fee.
  • What lighting is available and can I bring my own?

    Yes, we offer exclusive discounts for photographers, content creators, and regular bookings. Please contact us to discuss collaboration opportunities and discount options.
  • Can I book the studio for private events?
    Contact us for more details and to discuss your specific requirements.
  • Is there a minimum rental period?
    Yes, the minimum rental period is 1 hour.
  • Do you provide assistance with setting up and using the studio equipment?
    Yes, our staff is available to help you set up and use the studio equipment to ensure you have a smooth and productive session. If you need help please alert our staff that you will be arriving ten mins early to go over this.
  • What are the studio hours?
    Our studio is available for hire from 10 AM to 8 PM, six days a week. Extended hours can be arranged upon request. We are closed on Mondays.
  • How do I access the WiFi?
    WiFi is available for all guests. The password will be provided upon arrival.
  • Can I bring my own equipment?
    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. However, please inform us in advance so we can accommodate any special requirements. There is no discount offered for using your own equipment.
  • Is parking available?
    Yes, we provide a car park on-site. Additional street parking is available on Northside Drive, and you can drive in to drop off props before parking.
  • What equipment is included with the studio hire?
    - Lighting equipment - Interchangeable backgrounds, including wall murals and plants - Kitchenette, complete with sink, mini fridge, soda stream, and tea and coffee. - Various types of seating, including our famous Wicker Peacock Chair. Please refer to our equipment list below for detailed information.
  • Are refreshments provided?
    Yes, we offer tea and coffee in our kitchette. You are also welcome to bring your own refreshments, we have a mini fridge available. Drugs and alcohol are not permitted on the property, and smoking and vaping must be done outside and three metres from the entrance. Soda is located in the kitchen for $2 per can.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
